The collaborative offering combines Swaarm’s powerful performance marketing tracking, automation, and analytics capabilities with Tipalti’s specialized process for publisher payouts, which covers 196 countries, supports 6 payment methods, and handles transactions in 120 local currencies. This combined solution optimizes payment operations and mitigates risk for ad tech clients by ensuring compliance with global payment regulations and tax codes.

Integration Overview:

For Networks (Payer):

The payments are made using Swaarm’s platform, and the corresponding payment details are securely stored within Tipalti. Whenever payers initiate a payment by clicking “Pay” on an invoice in Swaarm, the payment information synchronizes with Tipalti. Payers can conveniently navigate to Tipalti’s “Payment History” screen within the AP Hub to access their complete payment history, including all payments made during each payment cycle.

For Affiliates (AP):

Affiliates who do not possess payee IDs in Tipalti are automatically registered as payees in Tipalti’s system when they access Swaarm’s affiliate portal through Tipalti’s iFrame. Any updates affiliates make to their information through the portal will automatically synchronize with Tipalti. It’s essential to note that Swaarm does not store this updated data; instead, all payee history is safely maintained within Tipalti’s records.
